Discover the rich world of mezcal through a guided tasting led by experienced mezcal producers from Oaxaca. As owners of a distillery and hosts of mezcal tastings and distillery tours in Oaxaca, you bring authentic knowledge, stories, and carefully selected mezcals directly from the region where this iconic spirit is born.
During this experience, you'll taste four different mezcals while learning about the complete production process, from agave cultivation in the fields to the final pour in your glass. You'll explore the different agave varieties, traditional production methods, regional characteristics, and the factors that influence aroma, flavor, and quality.
