Learn to cook authentic Japanese home-style meals with a friendly mother-daughter team in a cozy Tokyo kitchen. We offer two different course options:
1. Temaki Sushi Course Make sushi rice, tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet), and teriyaki chicken, then roll your own sushi with fresh fish, vegetables, or tofu. Vegetarian options available.
2. Japanese Hamburger Steak Course Prepare a full set meal with juicy hambāgu (Japanese-style hamburger steak), potato salad, and miso soup. No vegetarian option available.
Optional drinks: sake/craft beer.
Lessons are taught entirely in English, so international travelers can join with confidence. No cooking experience is required. We’ll guide you through...
