This tour runs on our standard enclosed coach — or you can upgrade at booking to our small-group convertible (open-top in warm months, glass-top in winter) for fresh air and unobstructed views. Tours Start/Ends at the U.S. Navy Memorial at 701 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004. We meet guests in the front of the Memorial, a large fountain plaza, by the tall navy flags - on Pennsylvania Avenue NW between 7th & 9th St NW.
