Escape the hustle and bustle of Nairobi and dive into the heart of Kenya’s Great Rift Valley with this exhilarating day trip to Lake Naivasha and Hell’s Gate National Park. Experience the stunning beauty of vast landscapes, rich wildlife, and unforgettable adventures just a few hours away from the city. Begin a 2-hour, guided bike tour: watch for herds of Thompson’s gazelle, eland, zebra, and hartebeest as you ride. Keep an eye on the sky throughout the tour, as Hell’s Gate National Park is home to more than 100 species of birds. Continue on foot into the park’s distinctive gorges, where narrow passageways and caves are sunk into sedimentary rock. After a 1-hour walk, stop by a local Maasai community to learn about traditional life and customs in the Great Rift Valley. Later exit the park and drive to one of the restaurant at 1:00pm for lunch . (There will be time for an optional SPA visit)

Afterwards drive to Lake Naivasha for boat riding, a freshwater lake in the Rift Valley, where you’ll embark on a peaceful boat ride. Glide across the tranquil waters, spotting hippos lounging by the shore and a variety of bird species like fish eagles, herons, and kingfishers. If you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of giraffes and zebras wandering by the lake’s edge. Later on you will start you journey back to Nairobi for drop off.
