I invite you to join me in discovering and cooking two traditional Romanian dishes in our home kitchen.
The first dish we will prepare is bulz, a rustic and comforting recipe made with creamy polenta and traditional Romanian cheese. It is a simple but flavorful dish that reflects the heart of local cuisine.
The second dish is one of Romania’s most beloved desserts: papanasi. Together, we will prepare the dough using sweet cheese, eggs, and flour, then fry it until golden and serve it with sour cream and fruit jam.
