Participants must be in good health; zipline requires ages 6–65 with a minimum height of 110 cm, high rope requires ages 8–65 with a minimum height of 130 cm; maximum weight for all activities is 110 kg.

Not suitable for pregnant women or those with recent surgery, heart conditions, asthma, or epilepsy.
