09:30 AM Pick-up from your hotel in Chachapoyas and transfer to the community of Cocachimba (approximately 1 hour). Upon arrival, we will begin a guided hike to the majestic Gocta Waterfall, considered one of the highest waterfalls in the world. The trek lasts approximately 5 hours round trip, offering breathtaking views of the lush high jungle. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to observe diverse flora and fauna, including the emblematic Andean Cock of the Rock, Peru’s national bird. There will be time for photography and, for the more adventurous, the chance to enjoy a refreshing swim in the waterfall’s cool waters. After the hike, we will return to Cocachimba to enjoy lunch (at the passenger’s expense), followed by the transfer back to the city of Chachapoyas. 05:30 - 6.00 PM (approx.)
