- The tour already includes the shuttle service from Most Hotels - Transportation is in First Class vehicles with air conditioning with a maximum capacity of 20 passengers. - The transport time depends on the location of your hotel, the dock from where the Catamaran leaves is in the hotel zone of Cancun, if your hotel is in Cancun the transport time will be very short. - Upon arrival at the pier between 9:30 am and 9:45 am you will be greeted by the Catamaran staff and directed to the counter to check in, deliver your Tour Voucher and pay the Dock Duty and Reef Conservation Tax, then board the Catamaran
