Flat route or with a positive elevation gain of less than 100 m. It takes place on forest roads, mule tracks, and easy trails. Generally no longer than 6 km. Suitable for beginners and families with children, equipped with backpacks or trekking strollers.

It is recommended to wear sneakers and layered clothing suitable for the climate and season. Generally suggested: long or short pants, a breathable technical shirt, and a waterproof jacket. Depending on the season, sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen are also advised.

Bringing water and a snack is recommended.
