For guests booking the tour from Hanoi, we offer convenient pickup service from hotels and accommodations located within the Old Quarter area. If your stay is outside this area, please meet us at the designated meeting point at Hanoi Opera House. The transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay takes approximately 3 hours, including a short break along the way, ensuring a comfortable and smooth journey to start your unforgettable cruise experience.

Important Note for Guests Booking from Halong Bay: Please arrange your own transfer to Tuan Chau Cruise Port and arrive by 11:30 AM to complete check-in procedures before boarding. Late arrivals may be denied boarding by port authorities or incur additional fees. At 12:00 PM, guests will be transferred by tender boat from Tuan Chau Harbour
