سياسة الإلغاء
للحصول على استرداد كامل للمبلغ، قم بإلغاء الحجز قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من موعد المغادرة المقرر.

لإجراء هذه الجولة، يجب توافر حدّ أدنى من المسافرين. إذا تم إلغاؤها بسبب عدم استيفاء الحد الأدنى، فسوف يُعرض عليك إمكانية اختيار تاريخ/تجربة مختلفة أو استرداد المبلغ بالكامل.

When you make a reservation: There are many options, depending on destination, meeting time, maximum accommodation. Operation Time: 5:00am.-4:00pm. every 1 hour each
Maximum Accommodation: 1-4 guests; 4 guests+6 suitcases / 5-8 guests; 8 guests+10suitcases / 9-15 guests; 15 guests+20suitcases *Please make sure of selecting the most appropriate one. *Please don't miss to write address or hotel's name of your destination.
When you get on the vehicle: Driver will come to pick you up at the meeting location with your name board, 10 minutes before the meeting time. In case the driver misses you, he or she will contact you through WhatsApp or text message. So set your smart phone in use.
