This guided hike will allow you to explore the impressive UNESCO Biosphere with a passionate and experienced ranger, who will lead you on trails through an endemic forest. You will feel like a character from the movie Jurassic Park movie.
Along the way, you will be able to observe the last vestiges of the endemic vegetation of Mauritius. It should be noted that several years ago, the reserve almost lost its UNESCO designation, but thanks to extensive work and increased awareness, Bel Ombre Nature Reserve remained a protected area that rewards all the efforts made for its conservation.
