Please look for the sign that says “North Gates.” After exiting the NORTH GATES, you will
immediately see BINASTA CAFE, a staircase, and a ramen restaurant. Please wait at the
bottom of the staircase, between the cafe and the ramen restaurant.

برنامج الجولة
We will cook three types of sushi, like nigiri sushi and Japanese rolled sushi, uramaki, and miso soup. Firstly, I will show you how to make sushi rice and “dashi” which is a traditional Japanese soup stock made from fish and seaweed. After that, we will make sushi and miso soup. Finally, we will eat all the dishes together after finished cooking.
