Start with a brief on‑land and on‑water orientation covering paddleboarding basics, balance, and safety. Participants then paddle a short distance to a calm area where boards are anchored securely. Once anchored, flow through a barre‑inspired sequence incorporating leg work, core conditioning, arm toning, and balance drills—all adapted for the paddleboard environment. The gentle movement of the water increases muscle engagement while encouraging focus and control. The class finishes with a short cooldown before paddling back to shore, leaving you feeling strong, energized, and refreshed by nature.
