Create your own handmade soba from scratch under the guidance of a soba chef. This workshop is held at a professional soba training facility where aspiring soba chefs develop traditional skills.
What makes this experience special is the freshness of the soba itself. You will use high-quality soba flour from our on-site milling facility to create authentic handmade soba.
