Discover authentic mezcal with local producers, visit traditional distilleries, and enjoy guided tastings and traditional Oaxacan cuisine in a small-group experience.
We'll visit two destilerys, where you identify two differents process to make mezcal. You'll learn the traditional and artisanal methods of mezcal production. Also discover the best way to drink it through touch, smell, sight, and taste (I'll test your senses) In addition We going to my agave fields, you can learn about the different types of agave that grow in our region.
We'll conclude with a delicious tacos prepared by ourselves and we eat in middle of the agave fields. But depends the weather we can move in a special res...
