Castle of Agia Maura
The Castle of Agia Mavra is one of the most important medieval fortresses in Greece and a landmark of Lefkada. It was built in the 14th century and later reinforced during the Venetian period, playing a crucial role in the island’s defense. It is strategically located at the entrance of Lefkada and impresses visitors with its massive walls, fortifications, and panoramic views of the lagoon and the Ionian Sea.

Faneromeni Monastery
