Experience Authentic Kickboxing at [3K] in Osaka Just 2 minutes from Shinsaibashi Station, [3K] is a gym home to pro K-1 and ONE Championship fighters. We offer training experiences for all skill levels.
[Plan Options] 1. Kickboxing experience (maximum 120 minutes available) Train alongside local members. Beginners learn step-by-step with 3 guaranteed rounds of pad work held by pro fighters. Experienced participants can practice light sparring or use heavy bags. Note: ・Participants must prioritize safety. Entry may be refused if deemed unsafe. ・Suitable for ages 13 to 80.
