Participants embarked on a multi-sensory journey starting with the delicate art of making Canang Sari, a traditional Balinese daily offering. The experience continued with an educational coffee plantation tour, where they learned to distinguish between Robusta and Arabica beans and observed the meticulous transformation of raw cherries into aromatic coffee powder. The day culminated in an interactive Balinese cooking class, focusing on the iconic Nasi Campur. After mastering the blend of local spices, the group gathered to share and enjoy the authentic meal they had prepared together, celebrating a day of deep cultural immersion.
