The evening begins at 8 pm with a guided tour of the winery, discovering the production processes and the company philosophy, followed by a wine tasting accompanied by a typical Tuscan buffet (set menu). As evening falls, a CNR scientist will guide you through the rows of vineyards to observe the spectacular Moon-Jupiter conjunction with professional equipment.
