1. After booking Travelers will receive a confirmation email with their ticket details, including the number of passengers and included luggage. If Meet & Greet service or additional luggage was purchased, this will also be noted on the reservation.
2. Arrival at Philadelphia Airport (PHL) After landing, passengers should proceed to the baggage claim to retrieve their luggage.
If Meet & Greet was purchased, your chauffeur will be waiting inside baggage claim with a personalized name sign and will assist in guiding you to the vehicle.
