Your evening begins at Nolita Hall, where you’ll meet your fellow guests before the experience officially starts. Arrive a little early if you’d like to order a pre-dinner cocktail or glass of wine from the bar and settle in. At 7:00 PM, Chef Bear will collect the group and lead you into the private dining experience. You’ll be welcomed with a signature beverage and amuse-bouche pairing—the perfect opening act to spark conversation and set the tone for the evening.
