We’ll walk through the atmospheric streets, hidden alleys and ancient stairways of Alfama as the neighbourhood moves from sunset into night. Along the way, you’ll hear fascinating stories, local legends and unexpected details about Lisbon’s oldest neighbourhood. I’ll introduce you to the tradition of fado vadio and sing a fado for you. We’ll discover viewpoints, historic places, quiet corners and traditional restaurants and taverns, with recommendations on where to eat and experience local life. As this is a private experience, the pace and conversation are adapted to you — whether you are travelling alone, as a couple or with your family.
