Two days after JFK’s assassination, Oswald was shot and killed by a local nightclub owner in the garage of the Dallas Police station. We therefore never saw a trial for Lee Harvey Oswald.
In September of 1964, after a 10-month investigation, the Warren Commision concluded Lee Harvey Oswald murdered both President Kennedy and J.D. Tippit, that Oswald acted alone, and that there was no conspiracy involved with killing the President.
Still, about three-quarters of people don’t buy the Commission’s conclusion, resulting in the most controversial case in the history of the world.
- Who was Jack Ruby?
- Why did he murder Oswald?
- Do any newly released documents prove a conspiracy?

Considered by many to be the location of a second gunman, the north side of Dealey Plaza known as the “grassy knoll”, is a mysterious and controversial historical site. Some witnesses testified they heard shots come from this knoll.
It’s also here where Abraham Zapruder stood 65 feet from the presidential motorcade and captured the most famous piece of film in history, the exact moment JFK is struck in the head.
- Is the Zapruder film proof of a conspiracy?
- Did anyone see a second gunman?
- Was the autopsy faked?
