Your driver picks you up at 7AM from your Nairobi hotel or JKIA Airport for a safari briefing before heading out. You'll drive for about 3 hours through the Kenyan Highlands toward Aberdares National Park, and if you're lucky, you might catch views of Mt. Kenya's snowy peak from the road. After arriving at Aberdares Country Club for lunch, there's time for a short nature walk before transferring to The Ark Lodge or similar in the afternoon. By evening you can settle in and watch wildlife gather at the floodlit waterhole from the lodge's viewing decks.
