Lala Mountain Forest Recreation Area
Famous for its ancient red cypress and Taiwan cypress trees, Lala Mountain is home to the impressive “Sacred Tree Trail.” At an elevation of 1,500–2,130 meters, the park enjoys cool weather and crisp mountain air, making it an ideal destination for forest therapy. Trails here are well-designed and mostly gentle, perfect for a leisurely walk. Recommended spots include the Sacred Tree Trail, scenic viewpoints, and the sweet gum forest.
