On this three-day journey to Erg Chigaga, enjoy views of Berber villages, historic kasbahs, and the stunning landscapes of southern Morocco. Experience authentic desert life and local culture along the way.
Your adventure begins with hotel pickup in Marrakech and a departure towards Zagora via the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m). Enjoy mountain scenery and traditional Berber villages before reaching Ait Benhaddou for lunch.
Ait Benhaddou is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s best-preserved fortified villages, famous as a filming location for productions such as Gladiator, The Mummy, Lawrence of Arabia, and Game of Thrones.
Continue to Zagora, a gateway to southern Morocco and the desert. Enjoy the unique landscapes and culture of the region before an overnight stay in a traditional riad.
