We'll start the day bright and early, departing from Cusco in a comfortable private vehicle. As we drive towards the Sacred Valley, we'll pass through stunning Andean landscapes.

At Ollantaytambo tow, we'll board a scenic train that will take us to the famous km 104. This part of the journey offers breathtaking views of the Urubamba River and lush green valleys

Upon reaching km 104, we'll disembark and begin our hike on the historic Inca Trail. This ancient path winds through the mountains and is surrounded by an incredible variety of flora and fauna.

Our first major stop will be the Chachabamba archaeological site. Here, we'll explore the remnants of this ancient ceremonial and administrative center, learning about its significance from our guide.

Next, we'll begin our ascent to Wiñay Wayna (2,650 m / 8,694 ft), a site renowned for its steep agricultural terraces and impressive stone architecture. The climb is challenging but rewarding, with stunning views along the way.

After exploring Wiñay Wayna, continue your trek to Inti Punku, also known as the Sun Gate, the original entrance to Machu Picchu. This iconic viewpoint offers your first breathtaking glimpse of the legendary Inca city. Reaching Inti Punku is a triumphant moment, rewarding you with panoramic views of Machu Picchu that showcase its stunning grandeur and natural beauty.

After taking in the views, we'll descend towards the town of Aguas Calientes. This picturesque town at the foot of Machu Picchu is our resting place for the night.

We'll check into a cozy and comfortable hotel in Aguas Calientes, where we can relax and recharge for the exciting day ahead.
