نلتقي بالقرب من بورتا كاريني، مدخل سوق ميركاتو ديل كابو الرائع. نتوجه إلى السوق لشراء أي شيء نحتاجه للدرس، ثم نسير إلى المطبخ المكيف لإعداد وجبة مكونة من أربعة أطباق من الأطباق الصقلية الموسمية، تتكون من مقبلات وطبق معكرونة وطبق رئيسي وحلوى. ثم نجلس جميعًا للاستمتاع بما صنعناه من مجموعة مختارة من النبيذ الصقلي، ثم نختتم الأمر ببعض القهوة والمشروبات الكحولية محلية الصنع.
