In this experience, perfect for both adults and children, you will learn how to cook pizza with us by cooking it in our wood-fired oven and tiramisù, drinking local wine and listening good music! You will be welcomed by me and my parents in our house in the countryside a few kilometers from Ostuni. After the cooking lesson we will have lunch together enjoying the tranquility of the Apulian countryside. Some of the ingredients that we will use (such as the tomato sauce or some vegetables) are self-produced so sometimes the pizza may be different depending on the season. Everything is accompanied by three glasses of local wine, for a true journey into the flavors of Salento.

With a local Nonna, you will learn how to prepare fresh handmade orecchiette pasta, following authentic Apulian tradition.
