This tour is fully customizable and takes place in three key areas: Okayama Station, Kurashiki, or Uno—each offering a different food experience. In Okayama, you can explore the city’s lively dining scene around the station, known for ramen shops, casual eateries, and local favorites. In Kurashiki, near the historic Bikan area, you’ll find a mix of traditional atmosphere and modern dining, including cozy izakaya and local specialties. In Uno, the gateway to Naoshima, you can enjoy a more local and relaxed food scene with small restaurants and hidden gems often missed by visitors. Your guide will help you choose the best spots based on your preferences, whether you want ramen, izakaya dishes, or regional specialties, creating a personalized route in real time.

Discover the flavors and stories of Okayama on a small-group evening food tour near Okayama Station. Begin at a local sake bar, where your English-speaking guide introduces Okayama’s pure water, Omachi sake rice, and brewing traditions as you enjoy a selected sake tasting with two local appetizers. Guests under 20, and those who prefer not to drink, will receive non-alcoholic beverages. Then walk to a welcoming izakaya or yakitori restaurant for grilled skewers and regional dishes.
