Manta Bay (feeding area) is closer and cheaper, so most snorkeling trips go there — expect a crowded, often chaotic scene with many boats and swimmers. Manta Point (cleaning area) is farther out and less crowded. Our approach: - Safety and respect for the animals first - Our guides are experienced freediving instructors, not just boat crew; they're in the water with you the entire time, watching currents, spacing, and group safety. - Every trip starts with a real briefing: manta biology, behavior, and clear rules for respectful interaction — keeping distance, no touching, no chasing, letting the animals set the terms of the encounter. - We adjust our starting time to avoid crowds and catch calmer conditions — better for your experience and less stressful for the mantas. - Small groups only, so instructors can actually look after every guest, not just count heads.
